Your sphere is your territory. Your body is your body. If you know your limits, your boundaries are a gateway to connection. If you don’t, at best, they are a gateway to explore the unknown. This weekend we will explore your relationship to your personal sphere, your inner limits and your outer boundaries, to find possibilities for play and a deep dive into yourself.

Somatic practices strengthen the awareness for our domain, somatic embodiment is the foundation of our conscious self. Within a group we open up for the wisdom and potential of the collective. Grounded in our foundation of blood and flesh we dare to jump into the ocean of the Other.

Over three days you will explore the role of embodiment and expression to embody different qualities and constellations of erotic dynamics. We give space to spontanious play with alternating partners as mirrors, challengers, lovers and co-creators. We let go of rigid pictures what domination and submissions and normative gender roles look like. We open to the chance to transform our collective and personal traumas, patterns and habbits into enlightening growth and expansion. We allow to let go of our habitious will and common ego to become something new through the eyes of another. We experience how embodiment, physical uniqueness, immobilities and restriction support pleasure, joy and imaginative creativity and play with the gifts and challenges which come with being seen and exposed. Likewise we insist on our power as the path to shared learning and bliss.

This workshop is an opportunity to play with aspects of BDSM and Kink in a lighthearted and somatic aware field. You are invited as an experienced Kinkster as well as Newbie. Not only will we play with the above topics but also share about personal processes and insights.
